Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers FocusLens Pro subscriptions, operated by David Deng, based in Canada.

1. Digital goods only — no physical shipments

FocusLens sells only a digital software subscription. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so no return-shipping policy applies.

2. Try before you pay

Every new user gets a 7-day free trial of Pro with no payment required and no automatic charge, so you can fully evaluate Pro before spending anything.

3. Refunds

If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a charge at runningtreesunlimited@gmail.com and we'll refund your most recent payment. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

If something went wrong, please contact us first — we aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve issues quickly, which is faster than filing a card dispute. We're happy to help with billing questions, accidental charges, or access problems.
